Vancouver Warriors defeat Desert Dogs, make sure two points doesn't stay in Vegas

Aaron Bold made 38 saves and Ryan Martel notched five goals and three assists to lead the Vancouver Warriors to 14-5 win over the Las Vegas Desert Dogs Saturday night at the Michelob Ultra Arena.

It’s the second straight win for the Warriors (3-9), who remain in the basement in the National Lacrosse League’s Western Conference, two points in back of the expansion Desert Dogs (4-7).

The Warriors have six games remaining. The East’s Georgia Swarm (2-7) and Albany FireWolves (2-9) are both behind the Warriors in the overall standings.
