Seattle-based Zillow has introduced a new comparisons tool this week, saying yesterday that it has created Zillow Compare, a new search tool which allows users to compare two different regions, based on home values, and demographics. Zillow said the new tool would be useful to see how home values are doing in one neighborhood versus another, to compare things like household medium income, all on one page.
