Mobile payment processing and credit card reader firm Square has closed its Series D round, the firm announced today, including backing from Seattle’s Starbucks Coffee. Square did not announce the size of the round, which has been widely reported at $200M at a $3.25 billion valuation. The round comes shortly after a deal was inked between Starbucks and Square, to run all of the coffee chain’s credit card processing through Square.
