Puyallup Police reported two officers were shot this afternoon during an on-going standoff at an apartment complex on the east side of downtown.
Suspect in Yakima mass shooting: ‘I killed those people,’ later killed himself
Their injuries are not believed to be serious.
People at the Addison Greens and River Trail Apartments are being told to shelter in place and everyone else is being told to stay away.
The armed man is still believed to be inside the River Trail Apartments.
East Main is closed from 15th to 23rd right now.
