Kent Police Officers were dispatched to a residence on East Hill near the 14300 block of SE 282nd Street just after 10 p.m. Saturday.
Neighbors told officers they heard gunshots coming from the house, and when officers got on the scene and found that a man was severely bleeding from gunshot wounds.
Officers began life-saving medical aid, and Fire Department Medics assisted in saving the man’s life.
Kent Police received information from a witness saying that she and her boyfriend were in a physical altercation inside their residence when her adult son shot her boyfriend several times. The shooter took off before officers arrived on the scene.
