Pinehurst deli Zylberschtein’s laid bare what a recent broken oven combined with losing a day meant for them, writing on Facebook: “We are about $20k in the hole. I am concerned for my staff and ability to stay open.” Their recommendations for how to support them go for any restaurant you love: buy gift cards, buy food, spend money.
