Bakers Against Racism roared to life in 2020, building a network of sourdough masters and cookie gurus across the nation (and beyond) to raise funds and fight racism. Next week, a collection of top-notch Seattle bakeries will apply that lens to a citywide bake sale to help fund abortion access.
The sale runs August 4–7; right now more than 14 local businesses plan to participate, from croissant legend Cafe Besalu to legit newcomers like Saint Bread, Ben’s Bread, and the not-technically-new-but-totally-revamped Volunteer Park Cafe.
