The goal was always to gather. Tulsa real estate redeveloper Michael Sager fell in love with Bainbridge Island and bought this circa-1959 house on Point Monroe—better known as Hedley Spit—back in 2017. He took out every wall that wasn’t load-bearing, added windows for even more views, and reimagined a two-bedroom bungalow as the kind of place where friends and family would want to get together.
