The pandemic made us a winter patio town. But a summer patio is a different sort of thing—a space designed to revel in the weather, rather than merely tolerate it. Seattle has its share of destination patios, including waterfront perches, even a new crop of rooftops. But quite often the best outdoor space is the one that’s close by.
