Whether it’s Hama Hamas harvested from the Puget Sound or Belons imported from France, there’s nothing like a spread of freshly shucked oysters on a bed of ice. Though some of the usual suspects like Jacqueline and King Tide Fish & Shell are temporarily closed, there are still plenty of ways to get an oyster fix in Portland.
