This ethically minded Portland cafe chain is more known for its coffee, but the hot chocolate is similarly sustainable and truly good. Nossa Familia works with Sacred Summit, a local chocolate maker that sources organic beans from fair-trade growers, to make a chocolate sauce for its base. As an added bonus, the hot chocolate comes with homemade chocolate espresso whipped cream.
