After a recent tornado struck Rockaway Beach, Portland residents are being urged to brace for another bout of severe weather. The National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed that an EF-0 tornado touched down in Rockaway Beach on Monday night, bringing 85 mph winds that toppled trees, damaged structures, and left one person injured.
Forecasts from the NWS indicate that Portland will face further adverse weather conditions, including a flood advisory extending through Wednesday night.
