That’s all that can be said about a team that entered 2021 with championship aspirations that is now 4-8 after dropping close games to the corpse of Ben Roethlisberger, an uninspired New Orleans Saints team, and a so-so Washington Football Team. The Seahawks believed they could make strides on defense after an inconsistent 2020, believing the defensive upgrades from last year would continue to play well into 2021.
