As Portland’s restaurant owners continue to navigate the sharply rising costs of business, enterprising entrepreneurs press forward, adding new options to the city’s ever-shifting dining scene. There’s still a lot of game left before year-end, and by the time we close out 2024, Portlanders will be able to visit a petite bakery from a big name, a cocktail bar from a former pop-up with a cult following, and a new addition to Portland’s small collection of Greek restaurants.
