One of Portland’s oldest restaurants may be caught in the middle of a shakeup. The building that houses Jake’s Famous Crawfish, the longstanding Portland seafood spot downtown, is now for sale, the Portland Business Journal reports.
Commercial Integrity NW has listed two buildings on SW 12th, including a number of apartments and Jake’s, which is located at the base of one of the buildings. According to the Business Journal, a pair of limited liability companies own the buildings, with a connection to the McCormick and Schmick families. The buildings are fully leased, including the 43 apartments above the restaurant.
