PORTLAND, Ore. — Wednesday’s near-record snowfall in Portland has left left the city’s runways gridlocked along with its roadways, with dozens of flights canceled or delayed at Portland International Airport.
The airport was still open Wednesday morning, but the online departures and arrivals board showed 128 cancelled flights and 18 delayed flights as of about 9 a.m., including both inbound and outbound flights.
