At That Oregon Life, the safety and well-being of missing children is one of our highest priorities. We want to bring attention to a 12-year-old foster child who is currently missing and believed to be in danger.
The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) has issued an alert regarding Chayton Owings, who disappeared from Eugene on Wednesday. Chayton is described as being 4’9″ tall, weighing 83 pounds, with brown hair and blue-grey eyes.
Authorities believe Chayton may be in the areas around Washington Jefferson Skate Park, Skinner’s Butte Park, Florence, and local unhoused communities.
