Parallel, Portland’s Newest Wine Bar, Caters to Grape Novices and Nerds Alike

Wife-and-husband team Stacey Gibson, a top-tier sommelier, and Joey Gibson, an entrepreneurial chef, met in the aughts working in New York City restaurants. Sixteen years later, they’re fulfilling their long-held dream of opening a wine bar in Portland.
