Whenever my friends and I came home from college, we wanted to get together and go out for sushi. There were several spots around Portland and Beaverton that we frequented on breaks from school, each with it’s own unique twist. Portland is well known for its wide variety of cuisine, food trucks, and award winning restaurants, so we’re not surprised that in a recent list of America’s top 100 sushi joints that one in The Rose City made the top 10, and that two more from Beaverton and Portland made the list.
