TROUTDALE, Ore. – A man who works as a school janitor was arrested after he allegedly took video of a woman in
a Troutdale pub bathroom earlier this month.
Joshua Lockman faces charges including invasion of privacy and harassment. He was also arrested on a DUII charge, according to Capt. Steve Alexander with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.
Lockman is accused of taking the video in a bathroom at Skyland Pub, located at 3175 S. Troutdale Road.
The 24-year-old victim spoke with KGW. She did not want to be identified.
“It came to me that it was a guy videotaping me using the restroom,” she said. “I jumped up and opened the stall and tried to pull him out with his phone out.”
“I noticed his feet then his phone taking video under my stall. I opened his door and we fought.” -Victim of peeper. pic.twitter.com/GTu8jliMDz

“Just no matter where you are, be aware of your surroundings and don’t be afraid to fight for yourself,” she said. “And don’t be afraid to fight for yourself and go to the bathroom with someone with you.”
Multnomah County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lockman on June 11. His next court date is scheduled for July 25.
Lockman is currently on leave from his job as a custodian with the David Douglas School District, according to spokesman Dan McCue. Lockman was hired in 2014.
The pub’s owners declined to comment on the case.
