At Mémoire Cà Phê, each dish has a backstory, whether transposed from a core childhood memory or conceived in an off-the-cuff brainstorm between the cafe’s three owners. The new Vietnamese American brunch spot on the corner of Northeast Alberta Street and Northeast 15th Avenue is a collaborative project from Matta’s Richard Le, Portland Cà Phê’s Kimberly Dam, and HeyDay’s Lisa Nguyen, friends and solo entrepreneurs turned business partners.
