The pandemic has put immense pressure on small businesses across Oregon. One article reports nearly 100,000 small businesses have permanently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. For those in a smaller Oregon town on the coast, many will be very happy to hear as of Friday, Tillamook County in Oregon has dropped from the extreme risk category for COVID-19 down to lower risk. According to sources, this allows anyone to eat inside restaurants again with up to eight people at one table with 50 percent capacity.
