As In-N-Out continues its expansion plans throughout Oregon, it seems the latest town to catch the attention of the Double-Double titan is Gresham. As the Outlook reports, In-N-Out is entering the confusingly named pre-application process with the city to take over the former Shari’s Cafe & Pies location inside the Oregon Trail Shopping Center on Northeast Burnside Road. The pre-application was submitted to Gresham on Friday, February 7, according to the report.
Among the tentative plans for the potential In-N-Out is the demolition of Shari’s Cafe and “part of the existing multi-tenant commercial structure” leading to the construction of a 2,886-square-foot In-N-Out, the Outlook states. Notably for traffic-averse neighbors,
