Portlanders interested in trying Eater’s pick for best fast-food fried chicken won’t have to wait too much longer. Construction on a new location of Filipino fast-food chain Jollibee is underway at Hillsboro’s Tanasbourne Village; representatives from Jollibee say the anticipated opening is slated for early 2025. Reports that the chain would open its first location in Oregon first surfaced in 2022.
