Another college softball team gets van burglarized at Delta Park

Another college softball team has been burglarized of thousands of dollars worth of personal items left in their van at Delta Park in North Portland.

The Grays Harbor College softball team’s van was broken into between 1-3 p.m.on Saturday, according to a Portland police release.

Stolen items worth $6,500 include a C-Pap breathing machine for sleep apnea, laptops and other personal belongings.

It’s unknown who the suspects are or if it’s related to a similar incident from three weeks ago, when the Oregon Institute of Technology’s varsity softball team had two of their vans burglarized at the same park.
