There’s a new sports bar in Portland to grab pints and bites from down under. Montavilla News reports that Dingo’s, a new Australian-themed sports pub, is now open on SE Stark. In the report, owner Brendan Jones says the opening was inspired by his Aussie roots and a recent trip back to the country. Before it became Dingo’s, the space used to host the Beats, Brats & Beer pop-up.
Dingo’s serves a menu of Australian classics like meat pies, sausage rolls, and sangers (sandwiches) like grilled cheese and prosciutto. Open all day, it will also offer coffee and tea in addition to wine, beer, and cocktails. Freshly baked cookies
