Bridgetown Bites reports that a new food cart pod will open at the former La Carreta site — it will be called Brooklyn Carreta. A representative for the new pod told Eater LA that it’s slated to open in February 2025. According to Bridgetown Bites, the new pod will feature 18 food carts, a full bar, and a pinball room. Early renderings of the space show a spacious central dining area with an outdoor seating area as well. There will be both regular parking and bike parking available on-site as well.
