Texas-style barbecue spot Podnah’s Pit is turning its popular burger pop-up, Lone Star Burger Bar, into a full-fledged restaurant. The new burger spot is set to open in the former La Taq space, right next to Podnah’s, on December 4. The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Owner Rodney Muirhead and the team at Podnah’s have been working on the perfect burger blend using the restaurant’s brisket trim since early summer.
