Almost 14 years have passed since Kyron Horman disappeared at the age of seven, and the mystery remains unsolved. As reported by KGW, Kyron Horman’s mother, Desiree Young, continues her tireless fight to bring her son home while also supporting other parents with missing children.

Yesterday, she held her annual car wash fundraiser to support his search efforts, aiming to take a more aggressive approach. She hopes to hire a private investigator and establish a specialized task force. “I can’t even explain it. He’s a part of me,” Young said.
