Though River Maiden touts itself as a coffee shop serving Stumptown beans, the strength of this neighborhood spot is its house pastries, cookies, and bread as well as salads, generously portioned grain bowls, and seasonal syrups that fill its layered boba drink called Boba Fett. Star Wars fans flock here on May the Fourth to celebrate the film series.
