Vineyard managers collaborate to grow the organic movement, sharing techniques that avoid synthetic chemicals.
Rob Schultz, vineyard manager at Lemelson Vineyards in Carlton, Oregon, said their grapes are protected with natural products. “A little bit of sulfur. I spray cinnamon extracts…” he explains about the concoction he uses in the vineyards.
