SEATTLE — Boeing employees are getting notices this week for company-wide layoffs.
The company announced last month it would reduce its workforce by about 10% to cut costs.
“I was pretty much just told my last day will be Nov. 27,” said a Boeing employee who wants to remain anonymous. “I think it said I had until Dec. 2 to bring back my hardware and all of that stuff.”
The anonymous employee said he got his notice first thing Wednesday morning.
