PORTLAND, Ore. — Downtown Portland is starting to look festive for the holidays, with the arrival of the iconic Douglas Fir tree to Pioneer Courthouse Square on Wednesday. Another holiday tradition is back: PDX Pop-Up Shops.
This year, nine shops take up vacant spaces around downtown Portland, now through Dec. 31. Most of them will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. They will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The shops will be open on Christmas
