SALEM, Ore. — Oregon lawmakers are considering legislation that would require gas stations throughout the state to prominently display fuel prices both on street-visible signs and at each pump.
House Bill 3647, currently under review, aims to protect consumers from what proponents describe as “predatory” business practices, especially as costs rise in other sectors.
