Portland’s Gregory Gourdet to be culinary director in New York City

Gourdet will oversee “five concepts” of food and beverage outlets, ranging from a casual cafe to fine dining.

PORTLAND, Ore. — The award-winning founder and chef of Kann in Northeast Portland will be heading to New York City. 

Gregory Gourdet has been named the culinary director at an upcoming New York City location of Printemps, the first U.S. location of a Paris department store that was founded in 1865. The location will open in spring 2025.
