Portland game shop broken into twice in one week: ‘I don’t know the answer of how to stop it’

Portland Police confirmed this is the store’s eighth burglary since February 2020.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Red Castle Games was broken into twice in one week, with thousands of dollars’ worth of items stolen. 

Portland Police Bureau confirmed this is the store’s eighth report of a burglary since February 2020. 

The burglar in the Feb. 10 break-in entered through the back door around 5:30 a.m., stealing Pokémon cards from their inventory.

The theft came on the same day as owner Matthew Micetic’s birthday.
