New Seasons CEO steps down; new leader named

A New Seasons spokesperson said that longtime New Seasons executive Dave Kauder will take over day-to-day operations in the new role of senior VP of retail.

Grocery industry veteran Nancy Lebold has left New Seasons Market, where she’s been CEO since 2021.

New Seasons was founded in Portland in 2000. The chain has 21 stores across Oregon and Washington and 2,700 employees. It was acquired in 2019 by Good Food Holdings, a subsidiary of South Korean retail giant Emart.
