PORTLAND, Ore. — Jennifer Davis and her wife opened Escape Bar & Grill, a beloved LGBTQ+ spot along Northeast Sandy Boulevard 13 years ago. Since then, the bar has served as a staple for the community, but recently, it has been repeatedly targeted by vandals and thieves.
