VANCOUVER, Wash. — California-based fast food chain In-N-Out has proposed yet another location in the Portland metro area, this time on Vancouver’s east side.
A spokesperson for the city of Vancouver confirmed that In-N-Out submitted a commercial development pre-application for 13511 Southeast 3rd Way, at the intersection with Mill Plain Boulevard.
The application was submitted April 15 for a 3,800-square-foot restaurant, including a drive-thru and outdoor seating, the city said. A pre-application conference is set for May 9, and the chain has yet to submit for building
