PORTLAND, Ore. — It’s official: Portland International Airport’s (PDX) new main terminal is open, and with it comes the first wave of new shops, restaurants, bars and cafes visitors can experience.
A second group of restaurants and shops will make their debut in 2026 when the final phase of the new main terminal opens. In the meantime, several of those shops have set up temporary kiosks until their new homes are ready for them.
