The affected products include U-Bake Pie Crust, U-Bake Apple Pie, U-Bake Marionberry Pie, and U-Bake Chicken Pot Pie.
PORTLAND, Ore. — Grand Central Bakery has issued a recall of its “U-Bake” frozen pie and frozen pie dough products due to trace amounts of undeclared egg.
“People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product,” Grand Central Bakery said.
The affected products include U-Bake Pie Crust, U-Bake Apple Pie, U-Bake Marionberry Pie, and U-Bake Chicken Pot Pie products that have expiration dates between 02/01/2025 and 04/20/2025.
