PORTLAND, Oregon — Portland’s most famous bookstore will be hosting its first major warehouse sale this upcoming weekend in the Rose City.
Powell’s Books recently announced its first-ever warehouse sale that will run from June 1-2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the chain’s supply warehouse at 2720 Northwest 29th Avenue.
Powell’s says the sale will feature over 30,000 books at discounted prices, including $3 hardcovers, $2 paperbacks, and $1 mass-market titles while supplies last. There are nearly 7,000 literature titles, 5,000 self-help books and about 4,000 children books, just to name a few.
