REACH Community Development is looking to sell its entire portfolio of scattered site homes in Southeast Portland.
PORTLAND, Ore. — One of Oregon’s largest affordable housing landlords is looking to sell roughly 80 homes, leaving some long-time tenants fearful they may be forced out.
“I’m a senior. I’m disabled. I just want to stay here,” said Sheryl Oldham, sitting in the Southeast Portland rental home where she’s lived for 53 years. “Where am I going to go?”
