Fat Tire Farm in Portland is closing after 40 years, announcing a final retirement sale to clear out inventory.
PORTLAND, Ore. — Longstanding Northwest Portland bike shop, Fat Tire Farm, is closing after 40 years.
The shop announced via social media on Sunday that it is calling it a wrap, saying it wants to end on a high note, according the Fat Tire Farm’s website.
“After 40 (!!!) years in business, we’ve decided it’s time to call it a wrap, and end on a high note,” Fat Tire Farm’s posted on Instagram.
Fat Tire Farm opened in 1985 as an independently-owned bike
