PORTLAND, Ore. — A new effort is underway to play matchmaker in Portland’s Old Town: Urban designers and community groups are focusing on pairing new businesses with the appropriate space in the historic blocks.
A.T. Nguyen and his co-founding partner, Tommy Ly, are getting ready to open the GeekEasy Anime Café at Northwest 3rd and Davis streets on March 22.
