This Beaverton food truck can be spotted a mile away by the large plume of smoke rising from its immense charcoal grill, where chefs grill chickens “al carbon” in front of the cart. El Jefe serves the chickens whole, in a combo plate, in a taco, in a burrito, in a quesadilla, or even in a salad, juicy and smoky with char.
