This follows new leadership at the the U.S Department of Transportation choosing to rescind the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program Guidance.
OREGON, USA — The Federal Highway Administration announced Thursday that they were suspending the approval of all State Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment plans.
According to the memo, this means that now, no new obligations can happen under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program, also known as NEVI, until the final guidance is issued, and new state plans are approved.
