Midtown Beer Garden, the revamped version of downtown’s oldest food cart pod from nearby tech company Expensify, turns one this August. When it opened last year, it bolstered its roster of legacy carts with big-names like Tokyo Sando, El Pilon, Bing Mi, and Stretch the Noodle, many of which were attracted to the pod’s amenities, easy access to public transportation, and secure property.
