Snow fell in the Portland metro area Wednesday night and temperatures dropped into the mid 20s, and the region will stay cold until at least Sunday.
PORTLAND, Ore. — Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties have opened emergency warming shelters nightly since Wednesday amid cold temperatures and snow, and most of the shelters will be open again Friday night.
